NUS Charity is committed to recognising the work you and your team have done to design, deliver, and drive employee engagement at your Student Union.

We want to celebrate the Students’ Unions and their leaders that are making of SU’s the best place to work. This year, 42 unions/associations surveyed their staff and student-staff. 

This year we are bringing back the Employee Engagement Survey Awards, where all unions/associations that participated in the survey can submit their case study against different categories. The awarded organisations will be celebrated this year at the SU Strategy Exchange (28-30 November 2023).
