Are you taking your first steps into the exciting world of student opportunities?

We know the jargon and acronyms can make getting started difficult so we’re partnering with national experts Organised Fun to deliver ‘Student Opportunities 101’ 

 

This essential training covers what and who you need to know to love your work in the wonderful world of societies, sport, fundraising, volunteering and student media.

 

Learners will attend a half-day live digital training session presenting a roadmap of Student Opportunities: explaining the acronyms and jargon, talking about impact and outlining how to support volunteers. By the end of the session, learners will know what to expect working in opportunities and how get the basics right. 

 

Our partners for this training, Organised Fun, are the only national specialists in student opportunities: societies, clubs, student media, fundraising, volunteering and student development. They offer services to students’ unions, universities and the charity & voluntary sectors. The team at Organised Fun know that student opportunities should be inclusive, enjoyable, and impactful.
