Advisory group

To ensure that NUS100 is effectively delivered and allocated the right amount of time and resource, NUS has established a number of guiding principles.

The existing NUS boards are responsible for the overall success of NUS100. To help them oversee NUS100, each of the eight themes within NUS100 (referred to as programmes) will have a small, agile, internal programme group consisting of senior staff and full time officers, who will meet regularly to ensure the timings are met, and the positive impact of each programme is realised. These programme groups will be overseen by an operational advisory group, who will look at programme level impact, performance and plans collectively, to ensure that the overall balance of resource and activity reflects that intended within NUS100.
