SUs come in all shapes and sizes, with unique opportunities and overcome challenges in different ways. No one approach will suit all, which it what makes the organisational development field in SUs so interesting. 

QSU verifiers are talented and experienced SU staff, who are looking to improve students’ unions and help them achieve their best version.

As a QSU verifier you’ll have the chance to collaborate closely with other colleagues from the movement, immersing yourself in a dynamic environment where you can absorb best practices directly from the SU you're verifying. It's a chance to actively learn, grow, and contribute, while simultaneously gaining inspiration from the successes of your peers. 

You’ll be paired up with another verifier, working together to identify exactly how the SU you’re verifying operates, sharing your knowledge and supporting another SU to grow and develop.
