In 2025, the NUS Services Board approved the new Trading Support strategy, developed in collaboration with students’ unions and suppliers.

One exciting new feature of the Innovation strand is the establishment of annual Innovation Days for licensed trade, catering and retail. These will be run as three separate one day events, and we’re now inviting students’ unions to tender for one day as we would like them to be held in different locations to support accessibility for SUs.  You can find full details of the event here.

• Catering - 4th March 2026
• Licensed Trade - 11th March 2026

Tenders should be submitted to membership@nus.org.uk and all submissions should state which date(s) your SU can host.
