From tomorrow, when you call our customer services or Telesales lines, our system will be able to recognise you, as a customer, more quickly and guide you through options that are relevant to your customer account. This means your query can be directed more efficiently, helping us respond faster and provide a more tailored service, while always ensuring you have the option to speak directly to a member of the team.
Alongside our existing phone lines, you’ll also be able to contact our Customer Services team via WhatsApp live chat, giving you greater flexibility in how you choose to get in touch. You can reach us through WhatsApp live on 07520 691185.
To further strengthen the service we provide, calls will now be recorded and transcribed in line with our Privacy Policy. This allows us to review conversations where needed and ensure we are continually improving the support we give you. You may also be invited to share your feedback after an interaction, helping us understand what’s working well and where we can do even better.
