Now in its’ seventh year, FEstival brings together student leaders, reps, governors as well as staff who support learner voice within colleges to celebrate and showcase your work, as well as providing a space to discuss and learn about the key issues affecting students in your college right now including Area Reviews, connecting with Apprentices and engaging LLDD learners.

We have had a challenging few years in further education, with colleges and students bearing the brunt of cuts to their funding over the last few years.

Now is a key time for students’ unions to start organising their strategy to make sure that their students’ voices are heard loud and clear locally and nationally.

We have put together a FEstival programme that will help give you some ideas to take back to your college.

Please Note: This is a one day event, if you are staying over Monday night to attend FE Zone conference there is no dinner or safeguarding provided in the evening. In terms of evening activities and local places in the area to go for dinner we have put together a Welcome Information Guide for those attending both FEstival and FE Zone and therefore staying over on the Monday night.
