The Disabled Students’ Campaign has been working with the Disabled Students’ Leadership Group (DSSLG) since April 2016.  This guidance was produced in response to the Government’s recent reforms to DSA, which means that higher education providers (HEPs) are now required to provide certain support for disabled students that was previously covered by DSA.  It looks at how HEPs can provide an inclusive teaching and learning environment, including how they can comply with their duty to implement reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010.
