Register delegates for NUS-USI conference

Registration for NUS-USI conference opened on Monday 22 January 2018.  Find out how to send your students’ union delegation to Everglades Hotel, Prehen Road, Derry-Londonderry BT47 2NS, Northern Ireland on 20-21 April 2018.

Registration closed on Monday 5 March at 2pm, however this may be extended until Monday 12 March at 2pm ONLY for delegates who do not have access/dietary requirements.

NUS-USI conference is where our students’ unions determine the priorities for the year ahead.  In order to set the agenda, it is recommended that members send their full complement of delegates to participate in the democratic process.

Member students’ unions can register delegations to attend conference following this link.  Apprentices registered to attend conference will not be charged.

Member unions may send up to four observers to conference who will have speaking rights, however, do not have voting rights.

Visitors may be present with the permission of the executive or conference. They do not have voting rights, however, permission to speak may be granted by conference.

Everyone attending NUS-USI conference should be familiar with the NUS code of conduct and Staff Protocol.

  • Delegate fee £125 + VAT
  • Observer fee £165 + VAT
  • Visitor fee £165 + VAT
  • Apprentices – no charge
  • Day one only (20 March) delegate £85 + VAT
  • Day two only (21 March) delegate £85 + VAT
  • B&B for night before conference £75
  • National Union officer/staff £125
  • NUS-USI staff/officer – no charge

Fees include all conference papers, accommodation and all meals including conference dinner.

If you are under the age of 18 a consent form must be completed in advance of conference.
