Intensive Coaching Programme for BAME staff into manager roles – highly commended for the RfO Mentoring Award 2012.
The organisation developed the STEP (Succeed, Transform, Excel and Perform) Leadership Development Programme for Black African and Black Caribbean employees. The Programme aims to increase the representation of black professionals at senior levels, improve retention and enhance the experience of black professionals as reflected in the biennial People Survey. The Programme won the Race for Opportunity Leadership Award, 2012. Find out more here.
