A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT NEED TO KNOW!

Here are our most frequently asked questions...

Although you can access most of NUS Connect without having an account you will need to create one to access certain pages.
If you would like to create an account then all you need to do is enter your email address in the box provided on the sign-in page, select the 'No I'm New Here' option and click register."

You will then be sent an email to confirm the activation of your account. Follow the instructions on this email, complete the registration process and once done an email will be sent to your Chief Exec asking them to approve your account. Once your account has been approved you will be able to sign in.

If you need to reset your password simply go to the sign in page, and click the 'Forgot your password' link, enter your email address and going through the span check. On hitting continue you will be sent a link to your email address to reset your password.

If you get a message telling you your account is locked please wait 15 minutes before going through the process of resetting your password using the link here.

 

To sign into the NUS Connect website all you need to do is click the link here and enter the email address and password you created when you registered your account. If you have not got an account and would like to register please take a look at 'I need help registering' section above.
