The NUS Scotland Charitable Services Board is one of the 7 legal entities which makes up the NUS Group. You can see the structure of the NUS Group here.
This Board is responsible for the administration and management of the Charity, its work and the projects it funds.
This Board is made up of:
- NUS Scotland President
- 1 NUS Scotland Officer
- 1 NUS UK Officer Trustee
- 2 Lay Trustees
- 2 SU Staff Trustees
- 1 SEC trustee
- 1 SU Student Officer

What happens at meetings?
At each meeting the Board will receive updates on the progress and actions against its plans. There will be an update on the discussion and actions of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Human Resources Committee.
These 2 committees manage and monitor the organisation’s finances and risk all matters relating to human resources across the whole NUS Group.
The Leadership provide the Board with an update on their work.
