Sustainability on Campus

Creating graduates who are equipped with the skills, attitudes, and behaviours needed to tackle the greatest sustainability challenges of our time begins with the opportunities they are offered on campus. Students’ unions can (and already do!) play a key role in fostering a community of sustainability-literate students who have relevant, exciting, and engaging opportunities to get involved. Whether it’s through your volunteering programmes, employability awards, residential events, or societies and clubs – there are key ways that sustainability can be embedded within the student experience.

Join us in this webinar to hear about case studies highlighting great sustainability work on campuses all across the UK and how we can support you in furthering this work!

  • Quinn Rinkle - Senior Project Officer

Student Charters: Developing a framework for Partnership

Partnership should be more than an outcome in itself and should produce something other than warm, fuzzy feelings. As such, student charters (or partnership agreements) could be a vehicle for institutions and students’ union to set out a shared agenda for enhancement activity. This webinar will explore what the concept of ‘students as partners’ can produce and how effective student charters can be developed, disseminated and reviewed.

  • Ellie Russell - Student Engagement Partnership Manager, TSEP
