Quick, NUS Awards nominations are closing!

Richard Brooks Vice President (Union Development) and Shakira Martin Vice President (Further Education) chat to us about the NUS Awards and why it is vital that unions take the opportunity to get recognised for their great work in HE and FE.

The NUS Awards are an opportunity to get recognised on a national level for the excellent work your union has done in higher and further education this year. 

Students' unions, officers and staff members are all eligible to be nominated for an award in the following categorise:

Richard Brooks Vice President (Union Development) gives us an overview of the spectaluar event, held in Liverpool on the final day of Students' Unions 2016: "Make sure, that in your students' unions up and down the country, you nominate yourselves for an NUS Award."

Shakira Martin, Vice President (Further Education), on why it is vital for FE unions to nominate themselves for an award: "I know you've done phenomenal work this year - this is the time that the whole of NUS gets to see what you've achieved."
