NUS is committed to a level of 80 per cent membership satisfaction by 2020. This is our single key result so we need you to tell us what it’s like to be a member of NUS to help us continually improve and deliver our services and strategy in a way that meets your needs.
After consulting with a sample of senior managers and officers earlier this year, we have reviewed our Membership Satisfaction Survey and would like to invite you to complete the new survey.
Here are a few examples of where your feedback makes a difference and why it's so important for you to put us in the picture...
- You told us we needed to make our communications more concise, so we have developed one weekly CEO email and one weekly President’s email which highlights key topics with links to further details
- You told us the affiliation fee calculator wasn’t transparent so in 2014 we carried out a comprehensive review and produced a new affiliation fee model
- You told us you wanted a way to share best practice with other SUs and a better named contact system with NUS staff so we created the Membership Engagement Team
This survey will run every other year, but we'll also be introducing new ways for you to feedback more easily throughout the year.
