National Executive Council meeting - Wednesday 3 December

The NEC meets this Wednesday in Liverpool. Here's a rundown of what will be discussed.

The NUS National Executive Council will be meeting on Wednesday 3 December at Liverpool Guild of Students for its third meeting of the year. At this meeting, NEC will be discussing a number of motions, as well as receiving the accountability reports from NUS’ full-time officers.

At this meeting, NEC will be discussing the following motions:

  • Anti-casualisation and Living Wage speaking tour
  • Standing up for sex workers, supporting the decriminalisation of sex work
  • International Students and the NHS
  • Stand up to Racism and Fascism
  • Kurdish Solidarity
  • Ayotzinapa
  • Tax Dodging campaign
  • Healthcare students

The full-time officers will also be taking questions on their work so far this year and providing updates to NEC members.
