Important information regarding the Priority Ballot

Monday 30-03-2015 - 11:23

With only three weeks to go until National Conference 2015, delegates will soon be given an opportunity to decide the order in which they would like to debate and discuss motions. This is done via a Priority Ballot which is sent out to all registered delegates so it’s important that if you’re due to come to National Conference, you check your email for a link to an electronic ballot.

This year, we’ve received a large volume of motions and in order to ensure that the motions document is produced to the highest accuracy, delegates will be sent a copy of each zone with composited motions in on Monday 30 March and given the opportunity to raise any issues before the Priority Ballot is sent out on Wednesday 1 April. The ballot will be open over the Easter weekend and close on Tuesday 7 April, giving delegates plenty of opportunity to take part in deciding the order of debate.

If you are due to go to National Conference and do not receive a copy of the ballot on Tuesday 1 March, please email
