Candidates announced for NUS Wales Women's Officer

The nominations for NUS Wales Women’s Officer have been submitted and we can now reveal the candidates who are running for the full time position based in Cardiff Bay.

The women’s officer represents the views and interests of all women students. Leading campaigns on women’s rights and equality, the officer will be a driving force and an inspiration. They will work with students’ unions women’s committees to help enforce change in colleges and universities across the nation.

The candidates are as follows:

The election for NUS Wales’ Women’s Officer will take place during the NUS Wales Women’s Conference on 29th April 2016 at Cardiff and Vale College, Cardiff.

Registration for NUS Wales’ Liberation Conferences will close on Monday 18 April at 5pm. Delegates must register their attendance so if you haven’t registered yet, you can do so by clicking here.
