Today, Caroline Lucas MP will lead an opposition day debate in Parliament on preventing violence against women and girls. We took the opportunity to send a briefing to Caroline and other MPs outlining the key findings from our Hidden Marks report. The report found that 1 in 7 women students have experienced serious physical or sexual violence during their time as a student. Despite this, violence against women students remains largely overlooked. We call on the Government to take specific action to address the violence that women in further and higher education face.
