ActiveFest is the Festival of Activism that NUS Wales is organising over November.

We’ve developed a month-long series of exciting events to engage student leaders to develop, share and promote best practice in student union campaigning; giving them the opportunity to discuss the issues affecting Further and Higher Education in Wales with their peers and highlight the good work being done to inspire further campaign development within the movement.

Active Fest consists of 5 main events over the month of November-

• NUS Wales Housing Day on 3rd Nov at Cardiff University Students’ Union
• Sister Activist Day and Reclaim the Night Rally on 7th Nov at the Royal College of Music & Drama, Cardiff
• National Campaign Against Fees & Cuts Demo on 9th Nov (London)
• NUS Wales Council on 17th Nov at Swansea University
• NUS Wales LGBT Activist Day on 19th Nov at Swansea Metropolitan University

NUS Wales is proud of all the inspirational activist work that student leaders do and we’re spending November focusing on them and their good work by giving them the opportunity to share their work and vision for the future of the student landscape in Wales.
