The next NUS Postgraduate Forum will be held on Saturday 4th December, in Wolverhampton City Campus.
The theme of the Forum is "Community, Access, Engagement" - and we'll be discussing the role of postgraduate community in representation and engagement and how unions can contribute to building postgrad community.
The focus will be on developing understanding of postgraduate issues and how unions can intervene to improve the postgraduate experience. All are welcome, including those with very limited experience of working with postgraduate students.
It's informal, and focused on sharing and developing practice and building networks. It's also a chance to hear what the postgrad campaign has been up to in the last few months and have your say on how our work should develop.
The cost is £20 per delegate, which includes lunch.
This event will be relevant for:
- Postgraduate officers and reps, or postgrad society or association presidents and members
- Sabbatical officers who work with postgraduate students, or who would like to
- Staff in students' unions who work on postgraduate development or representation, or who would like to
- Any interested postgraduate student
