Information on Engaging, Supporting and Representing International Students
On Wednesday 22 June staff and officers from 16 students’ unions gathered in Nottingham for an International Networking Day. The day was run jointly by the NUS International Students’ Campaign and the Internationalising Students’ Unions project, and had the theme of Engaging, Supporting and Representing International Students.
Participants took part in best practice workshops, shared information on projects and plans and discussed the pros and cons of different representation structures for international students. The day also saw the launch of the internationalisation buddy scheme.
