The Office for Fair Access (OfFA) has now written to higher education institutions detailing how to produce an access agreement for 2012-13.
A new NUS briefing summarises the OfFA guidance and identifies areas that unions may wish to think about as you engage with the process of producing an access agreement with your institution.
The briefing includes:
- What access agreements must cover
- Recommended expenditure on access for institutions
- Things unions may want to push on
- Sticky issues
- Actions to take forward
The deadline for institutions to produce their access agreement for 2012-13 is 19 April 2011.
