Green Impact Students’ Union is a very successful environmental accreditation programme for both commercial and non commercial unions that is now entering its 7th year. In 2011/12 over 100 unions across Great Britain & Northern Ireland took part. The programme guides and accredits unions on their performance through an easy step by step approach. As part of the programme you will also be competing with other unions for the sought after ‘Union of the Year’ award (three awards are given – to top non commercial, top small commercial and top large commercial union) – these go to unions that score highest in their category. Unions also have the opportunity to shine through entering our special awards.
