The NUS Disabled Students’ Campaign and the NUS Welfare Campaign are proud to launch our Mental Health Toolkit. This toolkit is designed to offer you tips and guidance on how you can campaign on Mental Health issues that may be affecting students in your institution.
At least 1 in 4 adults experience mental health issues in their lives and the number of students declaring mental health issues is increasing each year. We hope that this toolkit will help you to raise awareness of Mental Health and inspire you to get active.
This toolkit includes a fact sheet on metal health, case studies from student-led Mental Health campaigns, ideas for campaign events and activities and useful organisations who offer information and support around mental health issues.
