Who's leading the research numbers?

This week, once again UWE hold their ground as leaders in response numbers for The Pound in Your Pocket research survey. We welcome Newman College University to the top ten and with just one between Surrey and Oxford, there’s no telling who will be on top next week.

We’ve pulled off the top survey responses for this week, and they are as follows:

  1. The University of West England, Bristol with 384
  2. The University of Surrey with 255
  3. The University of Oxford with 254
  4. The University of Manchester Metropolitan with 241
  5. The University of Manchester with 189
  6. The University of Birmingham with 178
  7. The Open University with 173
  8. The University of Nottingham with 125
  9. The University of Sheffield with 115
  10. Newman College University with 106

This research is an extremely important part of the priority campaign. The results of this survey will be used to inform a proposal for a new student support system.

Student support is broken, it doesn’t deliver for students, especially those who need the most support and we need a clear solution to champion and advocate for.

Remember that the survey closes on the 12th February and one all-student email could make all the difference to your results. We've released a campaign pack and other resources which you can use to get up your response rates so that you have enough responses to use your own institutions data and win the arguments on bursaries, course costs, access to learning funds and postgraduate support.

What will your union do this week?
