
A number of proposals in the White Paper come together to put students in a better position in terms of their right to redress.
This briefing will look at some of the factors influencing a students’ right to redress, from the systems that support this right, to those which establish standards and practices against which this right can be measured.
There are some positive proposals in here from the government, but one or two incomplete policies where we would like to see more done to establish the student voice, assure an experience second to none and make available mechanisms to call up institutions who do not deliver, to ensure that students have sufficient right to redress.
