£27,052 per annum

Initial fixed term contract of one year

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketing professional to join a busy team in one of the country’s largest students’ unions with a membership of more than 37,000 students. The successful candidate will have proven experience of delivering results and getting things done in a fast-paced environment. You will already be in a management role or looking for chance to step up and lead a team.

This is a hands on role with plenty of opportunities to put your creative flair and well developed project and campaign management skills to good use. You will be promoting a diverse range of services including the students’ union licensed trade, catering and retail outlets as well as managing events and developing educational and welfare campaigns.

You will be a self-starter with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong knowledge of digital media and print production processes. Reporting to an experienced marketer on the senior management team this role provides lots of opportunities for mentoring and development.
