Finance Director, up to £50k
One of the leading charitable organisations of its kind in the UK with a turnover of £9.5m, EUSA is seeking an outstanding Finance Director to help support our considerable range of exceptional provision in the heart of Scotland’s capital city. EUSA employs nearly 500 staff to provide a diverse range of services to over 30,000 members of the University of Edinburgh.
The Finance Director will be responsible for:

Effective financial management of the organisation and its trading subsidiaries in line with the overall strategic and organisational objectives;

Providing sound financial information and advice to the Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive, Commercial Director and other management colleagues;

Acting as the leading interface between the organisation and financial and regulatory bodies ensuring compliance with appropriate disclosure and reporting requirements;

Identifying and delivering key projects as agreed with the Chief Executive to improve the level of service offered by the finance function with a commitment to continuous improvement;

Leadership, management and development of the Finance, Business Support and Control, and Administration teams.
