The successful applicant will take a lead role in building our student focused training schemes, managing our employability enhancing projects and supporting our management team with human resource issues.
This new role will have the opportunity to work cross-departmentally with engaged student groups, supporting our staff development as well as administering the HR requirements of an organisation that employs 40 full-time and up to 100 part-time team members.
