Edge Hill Students’ Union – Student Adviser

Salary: £21,802

EHSU are seeking to appoint an adviser to work within the new Students’ Union Advice Centre.

Permanent and full time, the successful candidate will be required to make a positive contribution to the development of the new Advice Centre. In addition the post holder will also be providing students with independent advice and guidance on welfare rights, benefits, finance, housing and academic issues.

Educated to degree level or equivalent and with advice related qualifications, you will have experience in one or more of the following advice related areas; academic disciplinaries, representation including appeals, student finance, general finance including debt, housing, welfare rights and benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced adviser to contribute to a new and evolving service, as such the successful candidate will be expected to work within the highest of professional standards.
