NUS has received funding from the Learning & Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) to recruit a Learner Representatives Project Officer to join the NUS Further Education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a set of resources to be used to train learner representatives. The post-holder will work with web developers to create an online space to house training materials, toolkits and case studies, designed to support the further education and skills sector to develop learner representatives.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has experience of working in a learning and development, e-learning or learner engagement role. The role requires a skillful project and relationship manager with experience of working with learners and learner advocates, and knowledge of different educational contexts within the further education and skills sector.
Finally, the appointed individual will have an understanding of quality improvement processes within education, and of consulting with stakeholder groups and communicating with a wide variety of audiences.
