We are currently looking to recruit a Chef for our food outlet and conferencing facilities.
We are looking for someone to take the food and beverage service to exciting new culinary heights. We will give you the freedom to create and plan all the menus, making full use of fresh and seasonal produce. So from snacks to desserts, from home-cooked favorites to bold culinary creations.
You will be working for a medium sized venue with approx 130 covers serving hot & cold food between 07:00 and 15:00. The role will require someone to work Monday through to Friday with occasional weekend/evening working.
Within the role you will be responsible for the overall running of the Food & Beverage Service from menu planning, stock ordering, cash management and staff management. You will have approx 2 /3 staff reporting to you on a daily basis.
We are looking for someone who has a love of great food and someone who never settles for anything less than perfect. From the first plate to the last, we require someone who prides themselves on turning out outstanding dishes, naturally, we are looking for someone who already has an impressive amount of hands-on catering experience under their apron.
