Lettings Agency Development Manager

Coventry University Students’ Union (through our trading subsidiary CUSU Services Ltd) are looking to recruit a lettings/property management professional to be our first Lettings Agency Development Manager. The post holder will initially act as project manager and will be responsible for developing the operational foundations that will underpin the business going forward. Following our high street launch the post holder will then take on day to day operational management responsibility for the agency based at our city centre shop-front location. The post-holder will also benefit from a competitive package which includes a basic salary of £24,000 per year plus the potential to earn bonuses of up to £6000 per year. The post holder will need a full UK driving licence as they will be required to use our company vehicle for property viewings and inspections.
