Sheffield Hallam Students' Union aims to provide excellent services and facilities for its diverse membership of over 37,000 students.
An opportunity has arisen within the Senior Management Group for the role of Head of Marketing & Communications (Job Share).
As Joint Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing a team of 3 staff to provide high quality marketing and communications materials for a variety of stakeholder groups

Leading on market research activity within Hallam Union

Maximisation of revenue streams generated via advertising sales

Development of the Union's website
As a member of Hallam Union's Senior Managers Group you will assist the CEO on the implementation of the strategic plan, annual plan and budgets for the area of the post's responsibility, and monitor performance against agreed targets and KPI's.
Educated to degree level and with significant management experience at Senior Manager level, you should have a proven strategic approach to problem solving and the ability to manage and adapt to a changing environment.
