Venue Manager

Full Time, 40 hours per week

£26,276 to £28,636 per annum (negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced, operationally focussed and target driven manager to bring ideas to life in a fast paced student environment.

MMUnion’s venues play a significant role in supporting students and student activity in the union. Not only are students our primary customers, but we provide them with job opportunities during the year and the surplus generated is ploughed back into the Union to support other student activities and campaigns. We want MMUnion to become the social hub of student life at MMU; a space that students feel is their own.

Critical to our success will be your proven ability to motivate staff to consistently deliver the best experience for our students and to keep us fresh, competitive and profitable.  

You will be an energetic leader with excellent managerial skills. Your knowledge of the industry and commitment to continuous quality improvement will ensure you motivate your team to deliver the numbers, whilst ensuring a continuously high level of customer satisfaction.
