Activities Development Co-ordinator (Media, Academic and Medical Groups)

This is an exciting time to join KCLSU. We have identified our strategic priorities for the next three years focussing on brining more students together so that everyone feels part of a vibrant King's community; recognising the skills students gain from KCLSU activities to enhance their employability and removing barriers to a positive student experience, making our services more visible and accessible.

As part of the Sport and Activities team the successful candidate will play a key role supporting the development of over 200 student-led Activity Groups that contribute to a vibrant student community at King's.

You will work closely with staff from KCLSU and King's College London and KCLSU Student Officers to: 

•  Lead on regular engagement and consultation with student leaders of KCLSU Activity Groups, supporting the development of a diverse range of activity.
• Identify gaps for future activities and projects, with a key focus on broadening student participation to bring more students together.
• Make our services more visible and accessible to all, to allow more students to benefit from KCLSU and have a great student experience.

You will have particular focus on supporting and developing student leadership, committed to using your knowledge and experience to coach and develop others.  You will be able to work under pressure by managing your time and workload effectively and show a positive attitude towards problem solving.  A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders, you will make a key contribution to KCLSU's ambition to provide a great student experience at King's.
