Venue / Bar Manager

We are looking for an experienced bar/venue manager to manage and develop our 150 capacity student venue, Knights Park Bar.

 Reporting to the Business Development Manager the post holder will have direct managerial responsibility for all aspects of Knights Park bar including the food operation and entertainment.  The Venue manager will act as line manager to all staff that work within the venue.

 You will have at least supervisory experience within a similar style venue, and a commitment to developing both our offer and your own managerial strengths. Full training will be given where appropriate.

 The post holder will work an average of 40 hours a week to include some evenings and weekends. At present the venue does not open for Christmas or the New Year’s Eve.
