UnionCloud is the flagship digital platform serving the needs of 7 million students and 600 students’ unions with engagement and data collection tools covering web site provision, membership, event and eticketing, merchandising, volunteering, student voice and online elections.
The purpose of this committee to make decisions and recommendations where appropriate and to make recommendations to the Services Board when necessary.
This committee is made up of:
- 2 student officers, elected by the CEU
- 3 student union staff, appointed by the Board
- 2 directors, appointed by the Board
- 2 external members, recommended by the CEU
- The Company Chair ex officio

What happens at meetings?
The committee receives information on and scrutinises the product strategy and commercial decision making. It will consider feedback raised via the Cooperative enterprise units and ensure the platform delivers.
