Students' Unions 2016 is NUS' flagship event bringing together staff and officers from across the movement for two days of workshops, networking and interactive sessions, culminating in the NUS Awards 2016 with NUS Commercial Summit 2016 on Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 July and NUS Digital Summit on Thursday 7 July, both at the adjacent Liverpool Exhibition Centre.

The theme for this year will be Championing Equality & Building Inclusive Students' Unions.
With an exciting new venue for this year, we will have sessions to engage student’s union staff and officers across the breadth of our movement and the activities and work that we engage in to ensure we have a movement that is open and inclusive to us all and fights for equality in wider society.

 

Students' Unions 2016 will be an educational and inspirational conference that brings together the student movement to:

- Celebrate success

- Learn from one another

- Challenge conventional thinking and generate new ideas

- Foster collaborative working

- Created renewed sense of purpose for new leadership teams at the beginning of the new academic year

 

The event has students at its heart and seeks to furnish students’ unions with the information they need in order to maximise their impact in the year ahead.

Delegates types and fees:

FE Full Delegate including the NUS Awards  - £135

• Attendance to day 1 and 2 of conference, Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 July

• Lunch and evening meal on Tuesday and lunch and NUS Awards 2016 Gala dinner on Wednesday

HE Full Delegate including the NUS Awards  - £220

• Attendance to day 1 and 2 of conference, Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 July

• Lunch and evening meal on Tuesday and lunch and NUS Awards 2016 Gala dinner on Wednesday

FE Day Delegate - £50

• Attendance to either day one and two of conference, Tuesday 5 or Wednesday 6 July

• Lunch on day of attendance.

• Evening meal can be optionally added for £15 for Tuesday (please note, no evening meal is provided on Wednesday 6 July, delegates will depart before the Gala dinner and NUS Awards)

HE Day Delegate - £85

• Attendance to either day one and two of conference, Tuesday 5 or Wednesday 6 July

• Lunch on day of attendance.

• Evening meal can be optionally added for £15 for Tuesday (please note, no evening meal is provided on Wednesday 6 July, delegates will depart before the Gala dinner and NUS Awards)

NUS Awards Gala dinner only - £80

• Attendance to the NUS Awards 2016 reception and Gala dinner
