With Freshers' week fast approaching we are ready and prepared with our 3 annual UnionCloud regional training sessions scheduled once again, to help make sure you are set to deliver the most successful Freshers’ season yet through UnionCloud!  These sessions are designed to specifically help users ahead of Freshers’ week. We will be covering all the key areas from how to best manage student registrations, showcasing the groups and events modules, how to use the Freshers’ app and remote sales functionality, to support with marketing and communications.

10.15- 11.15: Managing Student Data

11.15- 12.15: Group management

12.15- 12.30: Break

12.30- 13.30: Events and e-ticketing

13.30-14.00: Lunch

14.00-14.45: Freshers’ app and Remote Sales

14.45-15.30: Marketing and communication

15.30-16.00: Round up and AOB

Please note:

• We are now charging a nominal fee for all our UnionCloud Regional Training sessions to cover the overheads of the day, including the refreshments/lunch and staff resource and time. 
• Training will be subject to minimal number of confirmed attendances (if in the unlikely event training has to be cancelled, we will inform you at the earliest convenience).
