Over the past 2 years, just under 100 staff members from students' unions have successfully completed the Leadership Development Programme; achieving real successes in their roles and career progression. NUS has created this programme in partnership with CCE Cass Business School with a clear and exciting mission:
"To create and support a generation of exceptional leaders working to transform the already impressive impact of the student movement on civil society"
The programme has been designed specifically for staff within students' unions. It is based on in-depth research into students' union leadership context and challenges; as well as attuned to individual needs and is aimed at building a strong cohort of outstanding leaders for the student union movement.

How do I apply?
If you would like to apply to take part in the programme, please complete an application form and the equal opportunities monitoring form and send to leadership@nus.org.uk by 5pm on Friday 30 January 2015.

We aim to confirm whether you have been successfully within 10-15 working days of receiving your application form.
We particularly encourage applications for women and BME applicants, as these groups are currently underrepresented in senior management positions across the student movement.
