Workers in Democracy and Representation (WIDAR) is pleased to announce its conference for 2012.  WIDAR aims to bring together practitioners working in students’ unions to develop and support student representation and democracy.

We would like to invite you to the WIDAR Conference 2012. This conference is open to both staff and officers from students’ unions as there are sessions and workshops relevant to both. It will be a fantastic opportunity for representation and democracy staff, education officers, democracy officers, campaigns officers, presidents and others to share ideas and good practice and learn more about the good work being undertaken across the sector.

Venue: Leeds University Union, Lifton Place, Leeds, LS2 9JZ

Full Rate: £165 (both days including accommodation and dinner)
