What is National Conference?
NUS National Conference is the sovereign body of the organisation. It sets policy for the year ahead in each of the 5 zones and elects the President, Vice Presidents and Block of 15 representatives on the National Executive Council. It is also where the budget for the year ahead is decided through the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Registration starts from 10am on 12th April. Conference closes at 2pm on 14th April, followed by leaving speeches.

CD 5- Zone Reports and Initial Policy recommendations

Due in December this is the first report of the zones and their initial policy recommendations based on discussions at Zone Conferences.
The accounts of the past year and also the financial estimates jointly proposed by the Trustee Board and National Executive Council.

Policy passed at autonomous conferences is sent to National Conference to be adopted by the organisation as a whole.

CD 9 – Policy due to Lapse

Policy is valid for 3 years unless conference challenges it lapsing. Policy from 2008 lapsed at this conference.
