Lead and change
This new course will challenge delegates to lead political change within their unions and institutions. Drawing on the key issues of the day, delegates will develop a deep understanding of political leadership and campaigning for change, while putting it into practice through a simulated exercise. This intensive course will help officers create the support network necessary to succeed during their term in office.
There will also be a stream for officers who have previously attended Active Political Leadership, to take some of the theories learnt over their first year even further.
