Widening Participation

Welcome to NUS' Widening Participation section of the website. With the increases in fees and cuts to higher education funding, widening participation in higher education is becoming an increasing challenge, but also it is an increasing priority.

These pages will provide you with research and information about what widening participation is and why it's important; government and NUS policies on WP and case studies and ideas about what other unions are doing to campaign and work on this issue.

In addition, we want to hear your thoughts and opinions on widening participation, so please leave a messages and comments through out this section.
