Each week we bring you a summary of the best tweets and photos from the world of students' unions as well as stories about NUS in the press.
What happened on NUS Connect this week?
In a week which saw us welcome back Aston Students' Union back to the NUS family with open arms, we also got up to much more on Connect. Led by our Women's Officer, Susuana Antubam, we kicked off our #ReclaimYourCampus campaign on Tuesday. We're running the campaign as part of the UN's 16 days of activism against gender violence and so far there have been shining examples of actions. Yesterday's Takeover Thursday focussed on the importance of voter registration as a first step in getting politicians to put student matters first.
Elsewhere on Connect, we interviewed the aclaimed American-British playwright, novelist and critic Bonnie Greer to discuss her views on women in leadership and we were joined in the Hot Seat by Kat Stark, Chief Executive at University of West London Students' Union.
