Registration nc

National Conference takes place at the Liverpool ACC from Tuesday 21 April to Thursday 23 April 2015. National Conference is the sovereign policy-making body of NUS and brings together nearly a thousand delegates from students' unions across the country to discuss, debate and vote on motions and elect the political leadership of the organisation for the year ahead.

Delegates are elected from each local students’ union that is an affiliated member of NUS, to become a delegate you need to contact your local students’ union or council.

Students’ unions have a limited delegate entitlement based on the number of students’ they represent. All unions are asked to check their delegate entitlement is accurate ensuring we have their most up to date student number figures. The deadline to challenge the delegate entitlement figure has been extended to 19 December 2015.

Please contact executiveoffice@nus.org.uk on matters relating to delegate entitlement, content of the conference and democratic procedures.

Registration and Accommodation

NUS arranges accommodation for delegates for the nights of Tuesday 21 April and Wednesday 22 April. Accommodation for the night before (Monday 20 April) can be requested during the registration process. This will be charged back to the union at £65+VAT per delegate.

Delegates who register before 12 Noon on 18 March 2015 will have their accommodation included. They will receive confirmation of which hotel they are staying in no later than two weeks before the Conference.

Delegates who register after 12 Noon on 18 March 2015 will need to arrange accommodation at their own expense.
