NUS Scotland hosts first trans and intersex student gathering

Thursday 11-12-2014 - 16:52

NUS Scotland LGBT campaign is hosting their first ever event for self-identifying trans and intersex students.

NUS Scotland's LGBT campaign are hosting a trans and intersex student gathering on Saturday 7 February 2015.

This event is open to self identifying trans and intersex students at college or university in Scotland. This event is part of NUS Scotland LGBT’s focus on supporting trans and intersex students and our dedication towards our campaign being led by students who are affected by these issues.

As this is the first event of it’s kind, we need your help in ensuring that trans and intersex students know about the event, and are encouraged to attend.

What students' associations can do:

•    Ask your student support department to pass on details of the event
•    Send the event to your LGBT society
•    Promote the event on campus

***Registration has been extended until Tuesday 3 February at 5pm***
