The NUS UK Company Law meeting has been called by the Board of Trustees to vote on a number of Changes to the articles and rules following the approval of policy at National Conference 2016.
- Motion 605 (A full time paid NUS Trans Officer and an autonomous NUS Trans Liberation Campaign) was passed at a meeting of the National Conference on 20 April 2016 by a two thirds majority vote.
- Motion 608 (Students who care) was passed at a meeting of the National Conference on 21 April 2016 by a two thirds majority vote.
As this policy requires a change in the articles it requires 75% of attendees to vote 'for' at a Company Law meeting before it can be actioned.

At the meeting the current President will be provided with the voting card, unless you inform us of another nominated representative.
If you need to register a proxy vote due to being unable to attend, you do not need to be attending Strategic Conversation to join this meeting, then you must inform us no later than 12noon on the 12 December 2016.
